Proposal

The proposal is to develop the first purpose build Motorhome Village in New Zealand which includes 13 freehold titles with fully serviced building sites for residents to build on. Waipuna Parklands Estate will be a gated community offering a secure, safe and caring environment aiming to enhance the ”vanners” lifestyle. The property is fully maintained so owners can lock up and leave and know that when they return everything is looked after. Each freehold title also holds a 1/15th share in the common areas.

The proposal also includes a small area on Lot 15 (Common Grounds) as a “Park over Property” (PoP) for the use of members of the NZMCA while visiting, to park their vehicle and stay overnight.

Stage 1 of the development, offering 6 building sites has now been approved and sections are selling! An existing cottage and the original homestead are also for sale.
