Building Sites

A total of 13 building sites averaging 2000 to 2500m2, all on their own freehold title, have been created.

Professional landscape architects have been engaged to assist in achieving an open parkland environment. To maintain the rural aspect, there will be no internal Lot fences and individual Lot markings will be highlighted with landscaped features.

The existing land and buildings enjoy access to two separate water sources, both of a high standard, referred to as the Domestic Supply and the Irrigation Supply.

It is proposed that the development has a communal wastewater collection and treatment facility. Wastewater treatment will be to an advanced secondary level, providing a wastewater quality suitable for application to land which is close to residential dwellings and watercourse gullies.

Some building covenants will be put in place to ensure the quality aspect of the development is retained.
