Storage Complex

To eliminate the need for a large garaging building on each Residential Lot, storage of motorhomes will be centralised in the existing Packhouse/Coolstore complex on Lot 16.

This complex will be converted into a large motorhome storage facility to be used by the resident property owners for storage of vehicles when not on the road and also for maintenance. The complex will be able to store up to 16 motorhomes or caravans up to 12 meters long.

The proposal also includes an area on Lot 16 (Common Grounds) as a 'Park over Property' (PoP) for the use of members of the NZMCA while visiting, to park their vehicle and stay overnight. The existing Complex already has a kitchen, shower and toilet facilities as well as rooms that can be used for communal meetings, 'happy hours', etc.

Each lot owner will have a 1/15th share of the common grounds and storage complex. A Residents Association will be established to take legal ownership of Lot 16 to oversee the development and ongoing management and maintenance of the Estate.
